Dr Basmullah Yusoff, 45, the sole proprietor of Pusat Perubatan
Al-Hilal Sdn Bhd, was fined RM120,000 in default three months’ jail last
month after he admitted to the offence.
He was the first person in the country to have been convicted under the Act.
